Installing SMTP and POP3 issues
SMTP and POP3 have not been configured before, now using Windows host and Apache, how to configure SMTP and POP3, have friends configured it? Next steps?

Remember correctly, the default IIS has a bad SMTP.

Go get a mail server. MDaemon, very powerful, get a domain name, install a little bit of setup can be used.

But there are plenty of junk e-mails ...

It's better to use QQ or 163 SMTP service directly.
