Win10 a problem occurred while installing SQL Server 2008 Installation:
1. Sometimes after performing certain operations, there is no response. Try a few more times.

Run the registry, locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager directory, locate PendingFileRenameOperations on the right, Delete it.

Workaround:
Run the registry and rename the Hkey-local-machine/software/microsoft/devdiv on the line.
