prior to Visual Studio 2005, the development of the WinCE embedded program required the installation of Platform Builder, but Platform Builder was integrated into Visual Studio 2005 as a plug-in.

Download Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 and install It (note that if Visual Studio 2005 is installed in Chinese, you should also select the Chinese version of SP1.
