InstallShield Error 6003, installshield6003

When I package the program today, I suddenly found that InstallShield reported an error.
ISEXP: error:-6003: An error occurred streaming 'd: \ Program Files (x86) \ InstallShield \ 2015LE \ SetupPrerequisites \ Windows Installer 3.1 for Windows Server 2003 SP1 (IA64 ). prq 'into setup.exe

This problem occurs when nothing is done.
