Instructions for completing the PMP Audit Form and audit

PMP is being audited after applying for the exam.

The items entered in the form for auditing are summarized by myself:

 

(1) It is not a problem if the project creden have a small amount of information, such as the phone number entered during the application, the phone number entered during audit is inconsistent (PMI will review the phone number based on the content entered in audit form)

(2) All characters must be letters and cannot contain Chinese characters.

(3) I hereby verify that the information provided is correct. You must select YES. Even if some information is entered incorrectly during the application, such as the phone number of the certifier. If you select "no", it indicates that the project certifiers are unwilling to serve as creden of the Project. Then audit will fail!

(5) The second page of each project's experienceAll projects must be entered manually.For example, name, title, organization, address, phone number, and PMI will be reviewed based on the content you entered.

 

I mailed it to the Hangzhou Post Office on Thursday and it was approved on Tuesday. Post Office and audit are really fast! [It turns out that it was only passed in about half a month, and there was no notification. I sent several emails for consulting before telling me that I had passed.]

 

When I applied at the time, a project contact called wrong. So I consulted PMI via email. The following is an email reply:

 

Thank you for your email as your interest in the PMI certification exams. you verifier is the only person that needs to fill out the experience verification forms. although your verifier is not the same individual listed, or the information that he or she may provide is slightly different, that information will be deemed as sufficient. Your verifier shoshould fill out page 2 in it's entirety if he or she is willing to attest to the information listed regarding that project. we will receive the correct contact information once your verifier fills out the actual form.
