Solution steps:

1. One machine installs the Win7 system, when the customer responds the internal microphone to be silent, needs to first confirm the camera driver to be normal installs as well as the recording device is disabled

(1) Right click on the computer, point management, click on the Device Manager image equipment, to see whether the camera driver is normal;

(2) Click on the sound, video and game controllers in the Device Manager window to see if the integrated sound card driver on the camera is normal;

(3) When the successful installation of sound card and camera driver, right click on the desktop lower right corner of the small horn icon, click the recording equipment;
