You can use Microsoft's Code Editor in the VS IDE as if you were using VIM.

The key bindings can be easily switched between VS and vim through simple options (the button at the end of the line can be called up to the Setup window).

You can also disable it at any time in the extended management, just to reboot vs, and you can uninstall it in the extended management.

The only disadvantage is that it only supports VS2010 and VS2012.
