[Installation and configuration steps]
1. php:
12.16.decompress php-5.2.17-win32-vc6-x86.zip, rename the folder to PhP, and put the PHP folder to the C root directory.
2) Copy php5ts. dll in the PHP folder to the c: \ windows \ system32 folder.
3) Copy PHP. ini-recommended from the PHP folder to the C: \ Windows folder and rename it PHP. ini.
