1. First confirm if there is a network card
Check the computer peripheral interface for RJ45 network cable interface. Generally in the back. As shown in the following illustration:
2. If the computer is configured with a network card, see "Device Manager" has no network card equipment
Right-click on the Desktop Small computer icon, select "Manage", select "Device Manager", and see if there is a network card device under the net adapter. As shown in the following figure: (different models of different manufacturers card display name slightly different)
If you do not have this device, check for "Other Devices" or "unknown devices" with no question mark or exclamation marks.
If none, right click on any device to select "Scan hardware Changes" to try to be able to appear.
3. The above operation is invalid, please try to restore the BIOS default settings.
Operation Instructions: see Lenovo logo interface, timely press F1 key into the BIOS, and then press F9 to restore the default settings, and then press F10 save. Reboot the computer.
Note: If you change the BIOS inside the hard disk interface mode, remember to change after recovery. Otherwise, a blue screen phenomenon may occur during startup because it is incompatible with the use of the system.
4. If the above scheme is invalid, please bring the computer to the nearest service station to detect and Debug.
