Development of the Motorola version of the install hand:
1-install JDK and wtkJDK installation version 1.5 (if JDK 6.4 and mot sdk are installed, problems may occur during debugging in eclipse .) the wtk installation version is 2.2 (it is verified that there is a problem when running in eclipse in debug mode when wtk2.5 and mot sdk 6.4 are installed .) NOTE: If eclipse has installed the eclipseme plug-in, there are also problems in debugging.
2-install the eclipse mot plug-in
Step 1: The sdk_mot_6.2.1.zip package is the Eclipse plug-in we want to decompress it and put it under the eclipse root directory.
Step 2: Open eclipse and click Help> Software Updates> Find and install.
Step 3: The feature updates dialog box appears. Select search for new features to install. click Next.
Step 4: click "New archraed site" and find the eclipseme plug-in that you just created. You will see a eclipseme on the left and check it out.
Step 5: Check the final image in seme.feature_1.5.0_motosdk_site.zip.
Step 6: Select election points seriatim in sequence
Next> I accept> next> finish> installing...> A new dialog box is displayed.> install all> Yes (restart eclipse). After restarting, The Eclipse plug-in is successfully installed.
3-install the import Simulator
Step 1: Install the Motorola SDK, which comes with the Motorola simulator Step 2: import the simulator
Window> preferences> j2s> device management j2s> device management Click Import. In the displayed dialog box, select the simulator path (the installation path of the Motorola SDK ).
Select the path and click Refresh. Find the simulator and click Finish. Then the simulator will appear in the j2_device management.
4-Other notes for running the debug mode in eclipse1: Remove all [suspend execution] attributes in WINDOW> preferences> JAVA> debug. 2: The compiler compliance level in WINDOW> preferences> Java compiler must be set to 1.4. If it is set to 5.0, an error will be reported during runtime. 3: Select JRE 1.5 in eclipse.
