Download the ZIP format driver, unzip, find the Graphics folder, locate the Igdlh64.inf file.

Go to Device Manager and find the standard VGA display adapter, properties, details, properties---Hardware ID of the driver not installed, record the DEV_59X6&SUBSYS_XXXXX

Then look in the open igdlh64 for the number behind Dev that you just noted, as I am here:

Copy it, look up, find the area with the Iskld_w7 typeface.

Paste the content you just copied, change the inside IKBLD_W10 to Iskld_w7

Then save the file.
