Intellij Idea 2015 new maven tutorial

First, Step preview

1. Create new Project; (Note: Project in idea is the concept of workspace in Eclipse; the module in idea is the concept of project in Eclipse (it is recommended that a project corresponds to a module) ；）
2. Select Maven Project and select the Maven-archetype-webapp item;
3. Fill in GroupID (company name, example: COM.LM) and Artifactid (project name);
4. Enter project name and project location (workspace naming and placement), and enter the module name (project name) name in more Settings.
5. Right-click the project and open module settings:
   5.1 Add Java source folder: New folder-"Mark as Sources;
   5.2resources folder-"Mark as Resources;
6. Set Facets:
   6.1 Add-"Web
   6.2 Deployment Descriptors:src/main/webapp/web-inf/web.xml
   6.3 Web Resources directories:src/main/webapp/
7. Set Artifacts:
   Output directory:/project/module/target/module (MAVEN project, compiled in target directory)
8. Run-"Edit configurations: Configure the server
   8.1 add-> Tomcat Server
   8.2 Name
   8.3 Deployment, add artifacts, application Context
