IntelliJ idea does not work with SVN's problems and solutions

Problem Description:
IntelliJ idea after installation, the following error occurs when using SVN to commit or update:
Cannot load supported Formats:cannot Run Program "SVN": CreateProcess error=2,μ

Workaround:
1. When installing the TORTOISESVN client, the command line client Tools option must be selected.
