I. Preparation

Download IntelliJ IDEA 2017 from the official website and install it.

Method 1

Copy the ideaiu2017_CN localization package> ideaiu2017.1 localization File> resources_cn.jar to the. \ IntelliJ IDEA \ lib directory.
