What I learned most here is process-based Management. All things, regardless of size, have a specific charter. Someone maintains this Charter and follows it.
For example, the application and issuance of a smart card certificate. There are dozens of emails related to one small task.
1) The user applies
2) It replies to emails based on user types
3) The card Preparation Department performs cards based on the submitted requests.
4) inform the IT department to take the card.
5) it applies for a certificate for the card
6) Wait for the approval of the headquarters
7) write the certificate for the user after approval.
8) notify the user to get the card
9) Confirm submission case
This process involves four subjects and multiple situations. At the same time, the permissions are controlled within a certain range and assigned to different roles, improving security.
I have to say that a reasonable process management can improve work efficiency. Moreover, process-based management is an imperative trend.
In my opinion, there are several points for process management
1) a large group to manage the entire process
2) have a reasonable system or system to follow up the process.
3) Clear and refined division of labor
4) The process can be inherited and started. when the process is stranded, countermeasures should be taken from the upper or lower layers.
5) perfect design, preferably a circular process for easy control.
Of course, this is my opinion. In fact, I have no research on management. I just think this method can be widely used in life and work.
