A: The interviewer asks the applicant to ask questions, mainly to find out which issues the applicant is most concerned about. Therefore, you must have at least one or two questions. First, let's talk about the unsuitable questions.First, ask questions that are irrelevant to your position.For example, ask "what is the company's development strategy for the next five years ". If your job is CTO and your interviewer is CEO, this is an appropriate question. If the job for an interview is just a programmer, the problem is too far away from you and has little to do with your personal interests. Besides, the interviewer sitting opposite you may also be just a programmer. How do you ask him to answer the questions about the company's development strategy?


Second, ask about salary. The technical interview is not about salary. Talk about salary, and talk to hr after passing the interview. This problem has already been mentioned in the first confusion. I will not repeat it here.


Third, inquire about the interview results immediatelyFor example, ask "Do you think I can get an offer. Most companies now have several rounds of interviews, and ultimately decide whether the candidates can pass the interview. It is to combine the comments of all the interviewers. Asking this question is equivalent to asking a white question, because it is impossible for the interviewer to tell you the result.


I recommend that you ask questions related to the position or project to be hired.. If this type of question is well asked, the interviewer will feel that you are very interested in the position you apply. However, it is not easy to say hello to this type of problem, because you must first have a certain understanding of the job or project background. We can learn the relevant information from two aspects. First, I did my homework before the interview. I went online to collect some relevant information, so that I knew the company's establishment time, main business, and job requirements. Second, pay attention to what the interviewer said during the interview. There are many interviewers who will give a brief introduction to jobs related to recruitment, including information that cannot be obtained from other channels, such as project progress, before the interview. You can find one or two points and ask the interviewer.


Here are some questions I asked when I came to Cisco for an interview. When an interviewer introduced the project, he said that this recruitment was the first time the project team recruited people in China. Currently, all the staff of this project are at the U. S. Headquarters. The last question I asked in that round was: all the old employees in this project are in the United States. How can we train these new employees in China? Do new employees in China have the opportunity to study at the U.S. headquarters? The last round of interview was an interview with the boss. She introduced that the project team I want to join is responsible for developing a testing system for network equipment produced by Cisco testing suppliers. At that time, I finally asked a few questions: this group is for a testing system. Do the people in this group also want to participate in testing network equipment? Do they need to learn about hardware testing? Because we are testing network devices, do you have any requirements for understanding network hardware?
