3. Do not pay attention to mentality and etiquette
At the beginning, it was hard to understand that there were such interviewers: they despised the fact that they had not earned 8 K after tax for three years after graduation, but they still encountered these problems: during the interview, the phone calls were not complete, the tone was very close, and the employees who despised the previous companies and leaders, were willing to contribute the previous commercial project code, and went directly to the door, threatening the interviewer, I think such people are funny.
4. Low technology
Some people have poor basic skills. Those proficient in website development cannot write out the text box value in JS. After years of database development, they cannot answer how to query the current system date, if you are good at project management, you cannot tell how demand management works.
