China IDC Circle: Can you please briefly introduce the relationship between "human new telecom", "Pacific Telecom" and "Pacific broadband"?

Henry: "Human new telecom" and "Pacific Broadband" are "Pacific Telecom" holding company.

Pacific Broadband is the largest telecommunications independent Internet communications Service provider in Asia Pacific, listing on Nasdaq in 1999. "Human New telecom" is an Internet service provider in China.

According to the Ministry of Information industry, foreign capital cannot enter the domestic telecom market independently, so it has "Pacific Telecom", which is a joint venture of "human New telecom" and "Pacific broadband".

"Pacific Telecom" can be said to combine the "Pacific broadband" deep Internet service experience, as well as "human new Telecom > in the mainland strong sales and operations team, integrated the resources of a joint venture company."

China IDC Circle: According to our understanding, "Pacific Telecom" has made the "trans-regional IDC Operation Card", can you tell us about the process?

Henry: "Pacific Telecom" is the second joint venture telecommunications enterprise, with the first family eight years apart, it can be said that the country for our support and encouragement. The country currently has five external licenses, the end of July this year, "Pacific Telecom" a total of three "cross-regional Operation card" is ISP, IDC, storage and forwarding of three cross-regional certification.

Operation Certificate is the state for the "human new telecommunications" and "Pacific Telecom" domestic and foreign business capabilities of affirmation, we can legitimately enter the domestic telecommunications market, the right to operate by the Ministry of Information Industry and the Ministry of Commerce approval.

China IDC Circle: What kind of situation do you personally think the domestic IDC market is in? What are the advantages of Pacific Telecom in the ISP line and IDC business?

Henry: At present, most of the enterprises in IDC market in China are playing price war, most enterprises profit is not high, it can be said that the infighting is very strong, which led to the results of IDC enterprises do not have the funds to invest in follow-up resources or hardware improvements, the entire industry will not promote the future. A price war does not necessarily win the market.

Pacific Broadband is Asia Pacific's largest telecommunications independent Internet communications Service provider, its customer base is located in the Asia-Pacific region of a variety of enterprises, brand awareness is high, mature products have also been recognized by them.

For the Pacific Telecom, it can use the "Pacific broadband" of human, technology, channel, resources, can let domestic customers experience the international standards of service quality.

"Pacific Broadband" is an international reputation of ISP service providers, IDC business relative to the ISP business is technically not difficult.

ISP service providers can easily enter the IDC business, but the IDC enterprises want to enter the ISP business, you need to first solve the technology, resources and other bottlenecks. Therefore, compared to domestic IDC enterprises, "Pacific Telecom" technology reserves is a great advantage.

China IDC Circle: As a new company, "Pacific Telecom" in the initial stage of the market, domestic enterprises in the low price marketing model, will be the "Pacific Telecom" to create pressure?

Henry: We are not going to fight the price war, and Pacific Telecom will be able to access the market by relying on its own mature products and multiple-city line access points. We have a mature foreign business management team, can bring international standards of services into the country. China IDC Circle: The current IDC market profit is low, how do you think of the market prospects, how to maintain the new company's income balance?

Henry: Most of the IDC operators in China are just making some basic profits, and now the vicious competition of low prices makes less profit. If you can add value-added services in the IDC business, then the profit is greater. However, this requires many enterprises in the IDC industry to work together to make this cake bigger, become the industry rules, so that the IDC market can be healthy development.

For "Pacific Telecom", we have ISP and IDC two business, can complement each other, not simply rely on IDC this piece.

I am optimistic about the future of IDC market. I believe that the IDC market profit cake will be more and more with the domestic customer demand for services to increase.

China IDC Circle: "Pacific Telecom" for the IDC service is how to understand?

Henry: We "Pacific broadband" in foreign countries have a high brand, in the Asia-Pacific region, the market share is second or third, many of the world's top 500 companies are our customers, which illustrates the "Pacific Telecom" behind the strength. "Pacific Telecom" currently has 14 access points in the country, can serve the domestic multinational companies and enterprises to meet their network access needs.
