[Intractable] system files are not applicable to running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications

Some applications in WINXPProgramCannot run in Win32 mode.

Content: c: \ windows \ system32 \ config. nt. The system file is not applicable to running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Select close to terminate the application.

Solution:

Insert the WINXP installation disk to the optical drive, and execute the following commands at the command prompt (assuming that your system is installed in C:, the optical drive is f :)

Expand F: \ i386 \ config. nt _ c: \ windows \ system32 \ config. NT

Expand F: \ i386 \ autoexec. nt _ c: \ windows \ system32 \ autoexec. NT

Expand F: \ i386 \ command. CO _ c: \ windows \ system32 \ command.com

Restart.
