3.4 create an automatic runbook activity Template

Below, Mr. Zhang needs to provide an automatic activity template in system center 2012 Service Manager.

1. On the System Center 2012 Service Manager Console, select the library workspace and select the run manual from the navigation tree.

3.5 create a service request template

When an end user connects to the self-service portal to submit a new request, service manager provides a service request interface. These products are based on the service request template and can customize the fields in the request.

1. On the ystem center 2012 Service Manager Console, select the library workspace and select a template from the navigation tree.
