Open the Photoshop software and open the file you want to edit

Right-click the Marquee tool in the toolbox on the right, and select the rectangular Marquee

Draw a rectangular marquee in the image you want to gouge

Then in the drawn rectangular marquee, click the right button to select "Transform Selection"

Then hold down the CTRL key to adjust the rectangular selection and press ENTER to confirm the transformation

Then select layers-New-through copy layers in the menu bar

So we click on the "background" layer before the eyes, you can see the deduction map, complete the cutout
