Note the following:
Although the I/O port irrigation current can reach 20 mA (VCC = 5 V), 10 Ma (VCC = 3 V ), but must follow:

1] The total number of all ports cannot exceed 400.
2] fill current sum of port A0-A7, G2, C3-C7, cannot exceed 300 mA.
3] The sum of the inbound current of port C0-C2, G0-G1, D0-D7, and xtal2 cannot exceed 150 mA.
4] Port B0-B7, G3-G4, E0-E7 fill current sum, cannot exceed 150 mA.
5] fill current sum of port F0-F7, cannot exceed 200 mA.
If the filled current exceeds the above standard, the port voltage (VOL) will exceed the standard value. The port cannot work normally when the traffic exceeds the standard filling current.

4] The total driving current of ports B0-B7, G3-G4, and E0-E7 cannot exceed 150.
5] The total driving current of port F0-F7 cannot exceed 200 mA.
If the driving current exceeds the above standard, the port voltage (voh) will exceed the standard value. The port cannot work properly when the drive current exceeds the standard.
