Introduction to CMOS password cracking
"CMOS Password" is generally referred to as "BIOS password" or "boot password", mainly to prevent others from using their own computers, set a barrier, (this document is used only when the password is forgotten and cannot be used to intrude into others' systems or other malicious purposes)
There are many methods to crack the "CMOS Password", mainly including the following:
I. Change hardware configuration
When the CMOS password is lost, you can first try to change the hardware of the machine before restarting, because when starting, if the system finds that the new hardware configuration is different from the original hardware configuration, it may be sufficient for you to directly enter the CMOS to reset without a password. The method for changing the hardware configuration is simple: for example, removing a memory stick, installing a CPU of different models (of course, the motherboard must support it), replacing a hard disk, and so on. This method is useful for older machines.
2. Create your own password cracking File
A. after the system self-check is complete, press F8 when preparing to Boot Windows, select "safe mode command prompt only" (Safe command mode), and enter copy con YK at the DOS prompt. com. Press enter and enter:
Alt + 179, ALT + 55, ALT + + 136, ALT + 216, ALT + 230, ALT + 112, ALT + 176, ALT + 32, ALT + 230, ALT + 113 alt + 254, ALT + 195, ALT + 128, ALT + 251, ALT + 64, ALT + 117, ALT + 241, ALT + 195, and ALT + are saved by pressing F6. After saving and exiting, run YK directly. COM file, there should be no prompt on the screen, and then restart the computer to clear the password in CMOS, of course, other settings in CMOS will also be cleared, this requires us to reset the settings. B. Select the Security Command mode when starting, enter copy con yk. com, and enter:
Alt + 176, ALT + 17, ALT + 230, P, ALT + 176, ALT + 20, ALT + 230, Q, ALT + 205, space, and press F6 to save and run this file, restart the computer.
Iii. Debug Method
At the DOS prompt, run debug and enter:

After exiting the DOS prompt, restart the computer and clear the CMOS Password completely. Note that port 70 and port 71 are two CMOS ports. We can write some error data (such as 20, 16, or 17) to them at will, which will destroy all the settings in CMOS, if you have time, try to use more data.
Iv. Universal Password
If someone sets the security option in COMs as the system, you must enter the correct password each time you start the system. Otherwise, do not enter windows, and DoS cannot even enter, in this way, we can only rely on the universal password to solve the problem.

The above universal password is used to crack the CMOS password on the 386, 486, and Pentium motherboard, and is not so clever for PII or above, there are very few universal passwords that can crack PII and above, and almost never heard of them, but the younger brother found a password-abaubjao, and has successfully cracked the 6ata4 (piII), Viagra mvp4 (K6-2), Mercedes-Benz 160a, 160a + (piII) and more than 10 pieces of the motherboard on the CMOS password, do not dare to exclusive, here to everyone.
5. Use tool software
On the Internet, you will find that software that can crack the CMOS password is everywhere. I think biospwds is the best software. It is a small software made by Germans, you only need to click the "get passwords" button to display your CMOS password on the screen. 6. Discharge
If you are too lucky to use the above methods to crack the CMOS password, then this is the only way to go. Open the motherboard manual, find the patch cord for clearing the CMOS settings, change the short connection method as described in the Manual, and clear the CMOs.
