Regular Expression \ w metacharacters:

The \ w metacharacters are used to match word characters. They are equivalent to "[a-zA-Z0-9]".
Syntax structure:

Firefox supports this metacharacter.
Google Chrome supports this metacharacter.

The above code can match the word characters in the string, not within the range of "[a-zA-Z0-9 _]" will not be matched.
