1. Just like the eclipse tool, visual paradigm requires that the workspace be specified first when running.
By default, the workspace selected by visual paradigm is % home_directory % vpworkspace.
2. Enter the license key you have obtained.
This license can be obtained free of charge on its home page http://www.visual-paradigm.com/. the license period is limited to 30 days.
Assuming you have obtained the license file, the License Manager VP-UML EE license key manager will prompt you to enter the license file, which is similar to IBM Rational Software License ect software.
Select license key-> Import. The import license key box is displayed. Select your license file license_keys.zvpl to complete registration.
3. dockable Environment
The VP-UML uses a docker environment that allows you to drag user interface components to complete customization of your favorite work environment. You can store this environment as a View File and use it again later. VP-UML allows you to use different views to achieve different goals.
4. Use the docking Environment
The docking environment consists of a series of Windows by calling the docking framework. The docking frame can be either a single floating window or a nested window.
You can click the title bar of the title bar and drag any docking frame to the desired place.
Pay attention to the gray line when you drag the frame, which indicates the position you are dragging.
5. Drag the docking frame to another container contianer.
If you drag the docking frame to another container contianer, the gray line will change its shape to fit the container area.
6. Drag tabulation in the tabulation pane.
In the tabulation pane, each tab is a docking frame that can be dragged and placed. You can drag a tab to make it a floating window.
7. Drag a docking frame to the tabulation pane.
In contrast to 6, you can operate 6 in the direction.
8. Automatically hide the docking Frame
Every docking frame can be set to "automatically hide" Auto Hide. This means that it can be automatically hidden when it is inactive.
