Introduction to Windows XP command prompt

"Command Prompt" is the "MS-dos approach" under Windows 95/98, although with the development of the computer industry, the Windows operating system is more and more widely used, DOS faces the fate of being eliminated, but because it is safe and stable, some users are still in use, So all versions of Windows are compatible, users can run DOS under Windows, and the command prompt in the Chinese version of Windows XP further enhances compatibility with DOS operation commands, and users can enter the Chinese call file directly from the command prompt.

6.4.1 Application Command Prompt

When users need to use DOS, you can click the Start button on the desktop and select All Programs | Attachment "|" Command Prompt command, you can start DOS. The default current location of the system is "My Documents" under C, as shown in Figure 6.20.

6.4.2 set the properties of a command prompt

At the command prompt, the default is a white-text black-bottom display, which allows users to change their display style, font size, and so on with properties.

Right-click on the title bar of the command prompt and select Properties from the pop-up shortcut menu, and then go to the Command Prompt Properties dialog box.

(1) In "Options", the user can change the size of the cursor, change its display, including "window" and "full screen" two ways, in the "Command record" option group can change the size and number of buffers, as shown in Figure 6.21.
