There is no difference in their implementation methods, but because of their different positioning, CMWAP has some limitations compared with CMNET, and cmwap access is unique to China Mobile, china Mobile imposes limits on cmwap, mainly because cmwap can only access IP addresses in the GPRS network (10. *. *. *), but cannot access the Internet through routing. We implement software access through the WAP Gateway Protocol or the HTTP proxy service it provides. However, CMNET access can directly browse WWW websites that are the same as PC-connected websites, as well as online TVs. Through third-party software, we can easily use the CMWAP proxy service to access the WWW website. Because cmwap is implemented through the proxy server, it will generate unnecessary traffic and the speed is not as high as that of cmnet. For non-monthly subscription, both cmwap and cmnet are 0.03 RMB/K, therefore, we recommend that you use the cmnet access method to obtain the maximum speed and minimum traffic.
