Users who have used Windows have such experiences. Once a large program is run, the computer speed will become very slow, and even the blue screen will crash, the main reason is that some software design did not consider releasing the corresponding memory space when exiting, resulting in a very tight memory. Many memory optimization software were born for this reason. Super Ram is an intelligent memory management tool.
Double-click the "Super Ram" icon on the system tray. In the memory usage status table in figure 1, the red horizontal line indicates the baseline, and the green curve indicates the current available memory volume, the following number indicates the available memory space, used memory space, and released memory space in the current system.
Change Table Line color
Double-click the table line. In the displayed "SuperRam Scope Settings" dialog box, you can change the Background Color, line Color, Grid Color, and Baseline Color) you can also change the Interval memory release Interval) and Grid Size.
Software settings
Click the "Soft Settings" menu on the left of Figure 1. In the pop-up dialog box 2), we can see that when only 64 MB memory is available, the MB memory space can be released, this is the meaning of the baseline in the grid. Of course, these values are also different for different system configurations.
Practical results
I used SuperRam to test that the current system memory available space is 85, exit SuperRam, enable MSN Messenger6.0, and then disable MSN Messenger6.0. After restarting SuperRam, I found that the memory available space is 83, it indicates that the original memory space occupied by MSN Messenger6.0 is not completely released. In this example, if you do not exit SuperRam, the result is still 85. This example shows the capability of SuperRam to release memory space.
Tips
You can also manually release more memory by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F. Previously I ran the image software and saw that the available space plummeted. After pressing the "Ctrl + Alt + F" shortcut key, it was obvious that the available memory space reached 144 MB, you can see the rebound curve from the bottom. The effect of this shortcut key to release memory space is very obvious.
