The primary version is 3, 10 is an even number, meaning that the kernel is a stable version. If it is an odd number, it indicates the development version, which is unstable. The value 0-327 indicates the number of patches. el7 indicates the RHEL7 series, this is also true for centos7. X86_64 indicates that this is a 64-bit system. The so-called 64-bit system requires a 64-bit rpm package when installing the software.
