The virtual SAN 6.1 version is released on VMworld2015, and the new feature List is as follows:

  • Virtual San supports dual live storage (stretched Cluster);

  • Support SMP-FT virtual machine running on top;

  • Using vsphere replication combined with SRM, the minimum RPO of 5 is achieved;

  • Support for two node virtual SAN Cluster (ROBO);

  • Virtual San supports Oracle RAC and WSFC clustering technology;

  • Virtual San supports Ulltradimm SSDs and NVMe SSDs;

  • Virtual SAN Health Check plugin updated to version 2nd;

  • Virtual SAN for VROPS suite packs appears;

  • Virtual San supports cloud_nativeapplication;
