Insert the date and time in the document as follows:
1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the date or time.
2. Perform insert → date and time, and open the Date and Time dialog box.
3. In the Language box, select the language you want to apply.
4. In the Available formats box, select a date or time format.
5. To enable the date and time to be automatically updated, select the Automatic Updates check box, the date or time will be inserted as the field, or clear the Automatic Updates check box if you want to keep the original date and time of the insert as static text. When you clear this check box, a Use full-width character option appears, and the time and date that you insert will appear in full angle.
Tips:
1. If the AutoComplete feature is started, you can also type the first four characters of the current date and press ENTER to insert the full date.
2. The current date and time are inserted using the above method, depending on the system date and time setting and may not be the actual current date and time.
3. Use the fields command to insert more types of date and time formats, such as the document creation date, the current date and time, the date the document was last printed, and so on.
