Office 2013 has been out for a while, and Microsoft has also shown a feature called read mode. In a blog post over the weekend, Microsoft highlighted this cool feature again. Read mode is a feature in Word 2013 that converts your Word document into an interactive digital magazine style and provides a view with no toolbars and menus.
"It takes time and effort to develop the right content," Microsoft said in an official Bovenri. To help users reduce distractions, we created a ' reading mode ' in Word. This option is located in the View menu, hiding toolbars and menus, leaving more room for the page.
Users can use this mode to maintain optimal state, even if the window is resized or viewed on a different device. The ' reading mode ' document browsing is simple, just pan to the left or right, or use the top/bottom or Left/right buttons on the keyboard.
Even if you open the next time, the document will show exactly the same place. If you want to exit ' read mode ', simply tap or touch the View-> Edit document (View->edit documents).
