2. WSAGetLastError is 6

   There is no initialization of the lpoverlapped structure (especially hevent).

3. WSAGetLastError for 997,wsa_io_pending

   This error is normal if you are using an overlapped (asynchronous) way to open the serial port. Indicates that I/O is not completed.       But it does not indicate that the serial port operation has errors. If you use synchronous mode to open the serial port, then there is a mistake. Because the synchronization mode is blocked, know I/O is complete before returning

   You need to set the socket to non-blocking:

unsigned Long value = 0; int ret = ioctlsocket (Listen,fionbio, (unsigned long*) &value);
