First, the export of certificates
1.1 Pre-work
First you need to have an Apple developer account, a Mac system.
If you do not have an account you can open http://developer.apple.com/to apply for Apple developer program. How to apply online has a detailed introduction, because I have not actually applied, so do not introduce more here.
If you already have an IDP, open https://developer.apple.com/and log in to Apple Membercenter, you can see the following screen after logging in, listing your development needs

Choose Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (the second on the left), the application certificate, APP ID, device, and so on. See below:

1.2 Apply App Id

Select App Ids--> Click + Create a new app ID

1.3.1, create a certificate request file first
A Mac system is needed here. The following is an example of an OS X Yosemite system, and the other version is not very large.

2.1 Archive Online Packaging

3.1 Creating a program in itunes
Log in to the Developer center, select itunes Connect, and then select "My App" as:

4. This requires a different screen, which can be run directly with the simulator. When the simulator runs, press and hold Cmd+s, and the simulator's screen is saved directly on the desktop.
5. The issue of "Unable to load files" will be indicated when uploading. The reason is: The file name is saved in Chinese, modify the name can be!
