[IOS] Sub-views in ScrollView in Navigationcontroller are moved down by 64 pixels

The situation is this:

I have a uinavigationcontroller, set to the root view of Self.window, and then have a uiviewcontroller is the root view of Uinavigtioncontroller.

Then add a scrollview in the Uiviewcontroller to add a view to the ScrollView.

Found at this time. ScrollView did not take the initiative to move down by 64 pixels, while scrollview in the view itself moved down 64 pixels.
