I. Process Optimization:
(The following content is transferred from qimengwei's post)

It is best to use winscp to optimize memory operations. You can also use 91 mobile assistant.
The startup programs of these background processes are stored in
The [. plist] files under the [/system/library/launchdaemon] Directory. The simplest way to start these processes is to delete the corresponding [. plist] file.
Backup is required first, just in case! You can create a backup directory under/private/var/on your iPhone or iPod, and then delete the directory 【. plist files are directly cut and stored in the backup directory using ifile, or the entire [/system/library/launchdaemon] Directory is backed up directly!

Processes that can be safely deleted:
1. com. Apple. dumppanic. plist-this is what Apple uses to evaluate system crashes and is completely unnecessary.

2. com. Apple. dumpbasebandcrash. plist-this is what Apple uses for Apple baseband crash and does not need to run.

3. reportcrash-five ". plist" files with "reportcrash" are used to collect information about system or system program crashes, which is useless.

4. com. Apple. crashhousekeeping. plist-is also related to program crash and can be deleted.

5. com. Apple. powerlog. plist-used to monitor third-party incompatible chargers, which can be deleted.

6. com. Apple. tcpdump. server. plist-it seems to be used to store network data. It is not clear, but it does not affect the device after deletion.

7.com. apple. chud. chum. plist-this process should be related to Apple's CHUD tool (computer hardware protocol development/computerhardware understanding Developer ). if you are not a software developer, you do not need to start this process.

8. com. apple. chud. pilotfish. plist-is also a process related to the Apple CHUD tool. if you do not develop Apple software, you can delete this. process with a little caution-some users can disable the following processes.

Optional deletion:
1. com. Apple. addressbook. plist-if this process is not started, the loading speed of the address book on the phone will be slightly slower. If you don't mind this, you can delete this process.

2. com. apple. accessoryd. plist-if you do not start this process, some auxiliary device functions will be disabled, such as FM radio, iPhone landline, and AV data lines. of course, even if you disable this process, you can still use the iPhone to charge, but you can only have the charging function.

3. com. Apple. dataaccess. dataaccessd. plist-if this process is disabled, it cannot be synchronized through exchange or Google.

4. com. apple. datamigrator. plist-the role of this process is to transfer contacts from your SIM card to your iPhone. iPod users do not need to start it. although I am an iPhone, I didn't start it because I never saved contacts in the SIM card.

5. com. Apple. racoon. plist-this is the process required by the VPN. If you do not need vpndaili, you do not need to start it.

6. com. Apple *** leinternetsharing. plist-this is a network sharing function. iPod users can delete it. iPhone users can check whether they need network sharing. In fact, it does not work.

7. com. apple. aggregated. plist-this should be related to "audio input. this process is not required for the first-generation iPod. the second-generation iPod can be determined based on your own needs. iPhone users need this process.

8. com. Apple. aosnotification. plist-this is used for synchronization with mobileme. People who do not need mobileme do not need it at all.

9.com. apple. adminlite. plist-the role of this process is: when a program starts or reacts for a long time, the iPhone or iPod will automatically terminate the program (I .e., cause the program to crash ), this transfers control to you. if you do not want to see program crashes frequently, you can close the process. But the result is that when a program is started or slow to respond, you have to wait for a while. it is generally not recommended to close this process.

10. com. saurik. cydia. startup. plist-processes generated after cydia installation should be used to automatically install Deb software. in fact, you can disable it. I prefer to use mobileterminal to install Deb software.

Ii. Service optimization:
(The following content is transferred from whitne 91. The content is for me)
4.01 Address Book solution (including English names)
Set -- General -- multi-language environment -- change the language to English, then the region format is China, and then change the multi-language environment language to Chinese.

After xx or some applications are installed, the response is slow, slow, or quit without reason. This is because the running memory is insufficient. The following tutorial can solve this problem.
Steps:
(1) first, we need to install bossprefs. Please download the latest version from cydia.
(2) download some service switch plug-ins
(3) install bossprefs.
(4) Upload seven files in SVRS to the/private/var/stash/applications. xxxxxx/bossprefs. APP/services/folder. (User: Root permission: 777)
(Note: It is to upload 7 files in SVRS, rather than uploading the SVRS folder !)
(5) Run bossprefs to view all services on your mobile phone. You can enable or disable the above services as needed without restarting the iPhone. The effect is equivalent to that of the Windows Service Manager. When you disable any of the above services in bossprefs, the service is immediately disabled from the memory and the occupied memory is released. When you select to open the service, the service is started immediately.
(6) Some service explanations and suggestions:
Most of the services should be clearly understood. Let me talk about the important services.
Fairplaydsvr: The fairplayd service occupies 17 MB of memory. (Note: This cannot be disabled; otherwise, some programs cannot run !)

Syslogdsvr: iPhone Log service, occupying 13 MB of memory; (you can disable it !)
Updatesvr: iPhone Update Service, occupying 12 Mb of memory; (you can disable it !)
Wiki2touchsvr: Wiki service, which occupies 20 mb of memory. (Close !)
The above services can be turned off at ordinary times. To use the services, you only need to start the corresponding services in bossprefs without restarting the mobile phone.
