iOS8.3 failed to obtain micro-data when backing up micro-message messages

　　Reason:

The Sync Assistant was unable to obtain the micro-data successfully because the "Encrypt iphone backup" was selected in itunes.

　　Solve:

1. Connect the Apple device to the computer and open itunes. Click on the device icon from the top left corner to switch to the itunes device information page.

2. Uncheck (uncheck) the "Encrypt the iphone backup" feature in the Backup function, and then click the "Apply" button in the lower right corner to save the settings.

3. Click "Re-check" in the "Get micro-data failure" Prompt in the Sync Assistant.
