When you upgrade to iOS 6.0 Beta, you will be able to erase all the data on the device, so you can use iCloud to back up the data.
After the upgrade, start the device and set the language to "Recover backup data". There are two options: iCloud and iTunes.
I chose iTunes first, so I thought I couldn't recover it again after checking that iTunes was restored.
After the result is restored, it enters the system and the recovery location of the iCloud service cannot be found.
Note: cloud service recovery is only available when factory settings are restored and re-activated.

How to store content to a new device
When performing operations on the new iOS 5 device according to "setup assistant", select "recover from iCloud backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You can see the last three backups of each device that has cloud backup enabled. Select the backup from which you want to recover.
After the device restarts, your settings and account will be restored, and "backup" starts to download the music, movies, TV programs, applications, books, camera films, and other content you have purchased.
Note: The system may prompt you to enter the passwords of all accounts enabled on the device. The system may also prompt you to enter the passwords of all iTunes, ibookstore, and App Store accounts for which the iCloud cloud backup attempts to restore content.
A progress bar is displayed below the application software being downloaded. To restore specific application software first, click its icon. When you recover, you will try to download the same version of the previously installed application. If this version is no longer available, the latest version of the application will be restored.
If you are using iTunes match (United States only), you can download all your songs, albums, or playlists from iCloud after recovery.
To check whether the recovery has been completed, go to Settings> iCloud> storage and backup.
