This is some ideas about easyjf open source fund that I wrote during my discussions on preparations for easyjf open source fund today. I welcome some suggestions from csdn users, is this assumption true when the open-source community in China is not yet mature?

Easyjf open source fund ideas

Since easyjf began to set up offices or laboratories in the local area and involved some funds to hold various technical exchanges, academic discussions, and other activities, it is not a long term to rely on some people in the team to make such funds, therefore, I suggest creating an easyjf open-source Fund to take charge of this expenditure. If open-source funds can be scientifically managed and used properly, they can be used not only for teams to carry out various offline activities, but also for setting up a reward mechanism to reward Members who have contributed to the team.
The following are my thoughts on open-source funds.
I. Source of open source funds
1. personal donations from easyjf members;
2. Donations from companies and organizations;
3. Donations from open source enthusiasts;
4. Some value-added service income provided by the team.

Ii. Use of Open Source funds
In general, open-source funds can only be used for open-source work. It mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Preparations and organizational expenses for open-source academic exchanges, seminars, discussions, and other activities on the Internet;
2. expenses related to the organization and communication of some open-source activities on the Internet;
3. daily water fees, electricity fees, and network fees of easyjf open-source local offices and laboratories;
4. Living Allowance for easyjf open-source local offices and dedicated laboratory staff;
5. Other expenses of the team.

Iii. Management of Open Source funds
1. Open-source funds can adopt a centralized and decentralized management system. Centralized, that is, unified formulation of basic management systems and methods. Decentralized management refers to the establishment of open-source fund accounts in local offices, and the collection and payment of open-source funds in various regions are managed and implemented by various localities according to the unified solution.
2. Report the source and usage of the open source fund once each month at the end of each month, and then publish it on the official website at the beginning of each month.
3. Each local accountant and cashier shall not be appointed by the local director. The use of funds shall be signed and reviewed by the local director.
