1. iSEE Open Figure 1, select "Top Tool bar"-image effects-blur effects-shrink blur

Enter the shrink blur processing interface.

Blur degree: 7, OK.

2. Select the Brush tool

Enter the brush processing interface.

Selection-Rectangular border,

Edge width: 10.

Rectangle: Hollow.

Then, OK returns.

3. Select "Top Tool bar"--Portrait beauty--Restore pen.

Go to the Restore pen processing interface.

Pen size: 13 (depending on the size of the respective white box, select the size of the restore pen)

In the White box click the left mouse button smear, restore the image inside the box. The picture can be enlarged and processed so that it can be finely tuned.

Action tip: When you smear the border corners, you will often accidentally smear the white border part. Never mind, accidentally erase some of the white border, you can choose "Eraser" to wipe out the white border. "Restore Pen" and "eraser" alternate use, the effect will be better.
