Issue-[delphi] Error returning 0 when loading DLL with LoadLibrary

problem: loading a DLL with LoadLibrary always returns a 0 handle, and the next operation cannot be done, but the same code can access other DLLs.
Problem handling:
1. The path you are loading is not correct, be sure to look at the path.
2. You are operating in the virtual machine DLL, because some units in order to prevent cracking, add something, in the real machine can be used, virtual machine is not.
3. The DLL you loaded has access to other DLLs or files at the same time, if you copy a DLL into your directory is not. You must copy all the files.
