Is the space of the website bigger and better? Why, explain the reason? What's right?

If the host is determined, its hardware parameters are fixed, if the operating system is fixed, the software parameters are relatively fixed
bandwidth, number of ports, CPU processing power, memory, iptable, etc... Have a relatively fixed maximum value.
So, the larger the percentage that can occupy the above values, the better.
But the space is not a fixed value, because the hard disk can be added
If a host has 100 sites and 10 sites on it, assuming that the former has 10 times times the size of the latter--meaning that each site has roughly the same space, which one do you think is good?
