I recently read the refactor your wetware book, which mentions a method to collect inspiration: wake up every morning, the first thing is to pick up a pen and write on paper, write what is in your head. Don't think about it. You just need to write out the things that come up in your mind, write 10 pages full, and stick to it. It is said that because the brain is still not very awake, it can suppress the frequent use of the left brain, so as to listen more to the right brain.
This method looks really stupid, but TDD also looks very stupid, Pair programming also looks very stupid, and even the so-called pre-course and post-course review during school, it looks very stupid.
Although I have not tried it yet, I do not think I can stick to it. But for things that have already been done and seem very stupid, I can say responsibly that it is really effective, no stupid at all. What a thing looks like is often different from what it looks like. Therefore, no matter what you do, it is absolutely wrong to draw a conclusion without having done so. It not only makes people laugh, but more importantly, you are taking advantage of it.
