The reason is that shit storm. The movie library keeps on refreshing, and the default Windows7 sounds when you refresh a folder or open a resource manager such as a folder (click or go)

The solution either unloads the storm or shuts down the resource manager's voice.

To close the Explorer sound:

Sound scheme---sound schemes---audio options, hardware and sound, control Panel, select Windows Default drop-down find Windows Explorer and click to select "Start Navigation", "sound" select "None"
