However, for key enterprise users, such as requests from higher-level departments and related departments, generally, it must be approved by cab, especially the supervisor. 3. The change administrator should be responsible for promoting the implementation of the entire change management process. The cab delays should be reminded in a timely manner, otherwise the board will be placed on the Change administrator.

4. After the change is executed, the change administrator should follow up for a period of time and make a regular return visit to the user to confirm that the change is indeed effective and does not cause any other system accidents.

5. Formal system change operations should be conducted during non-working hours of the system to free up time for troubleshooting in case of faults. (Post)
