Analysis:

Jsp-api.jar and servlet-api.jar these two packages Tomcat common/lib already has, must remove/WEB-INF/lib/directory, otherwise it will conflict, will cause Tomcat to start normally, while the Page always has no error in content display

Solution:

Remove the WEB-INF and jsp-api.jar under the/servlet-api.jar/lib/directory

Ensure that the jar package under the Common/lib of WEB-INF/lib and tomcat5 is not repeated!
