Java-version and javac-version versions are inconsistent

The class file will not run because of inconsistent versions of the JDK version and the running environment.

The reason: probably because the machine has two versions, window\system\ under the Javac.exe version is too low,
Path set according to environment variable, due to C:\Program files\java\jdk1.6.0_12\bin; set in the back,
And%SystemRoot%\System32, set in front, so the first to find is the lower version of the system directory,
Changes will be C:\Program Files\java\jdk1.6.0_12\bin, mentioned in the front.
