BYTE stream: Because the in-memory data is bytes, the binary data.

Character stream: Facilitates processing of text data. The character stream is based on the byte stream.

ASCII encoded table, and each country has its own code table.

Unicode code table, World Code table. Utf-8 Code table after optimization.
