Java. SQL. SQLException: the Protocol is violated, and OALL8 is inconsistent.

A cool exception, no clue at all, so google.
 
In the past, my database used oracle 11.2.0.1.0 and jdbc used ojdbc 10.2.0.2.0. After several months, no error was reported. Today, even more enchanting events have occurred. The two applications are connected to different users in the same database and all users use ojdbc 10.2.0.2.0. An error is returned and a normal operation is performed. My sun ~~~
 
Change the next new oracle driver to 11.2.0.1.0.

Ojdbc has several versions, I use 1.6. Update maven private server
