Java.io.CharConversionException:Not an ISO 8859-1 character: [Stay]

The problem code is as follows:

Response.setcontenttype ("Text/html;charset=utf-8");

Servletoutputstream out = Response.getoutputstream ();

Then I use the Out object to output Chinese characters to the page: Out.println ("<p> guestbook </p>");

Then prompt error: Java.io.CharConversionException:Not an ISO 8859-1 character: [Stay]

Character Conversion Exception:

In fact, Iso-8859-1 is a single-byte encoding, mainly used to denote English characters, not the correct representation of Chinese

So we want the output to be correct, without servletoutputstream.

My last use of printwriter out = Response.getwriter ();

Then output the content to the page with an Out object
